  • All wiring with superior quality copper wires (HaveIls or equivalent) • PVC conduits of ISI standards • Power plugs and adequate light and fan points. • Points controlled by ELCB and MCB with independent KSEB metre. • Modular switches of "Legrand" or equivalent for all areas excluding lobby and car parking. • Power plugs for Washing machine and Fridge in each apartment. • Provision for Internet connection in Master Bedroom and living/dining. • TV point In living/dining and in master bedroom. • Light fixtures for common areas, external areas and entrance doors of individual apartment shall be provided (Philips/Havells or equivalent) • Exhaust fan shall be provided in all bathrooms and kitchens.
