Structure:
  • RCC framed super structure designed for seismic consideration with solid/hollow block masonry for external and internal walls and cement mortar plastering.

Doors & Windows
  • Polished teak wood frame and shutter for main entrance door. Moulded/flush door shutters for internal doors with engineered wood frames. Toilet doors are WPC frame with laminated flush shutters. Aluminum power coated door with glazed shutters for work area. Windows of power coated Aluminium frame with (sliding/openable) glazed shutters and MS safety grills with enmel finish. Doors to balcony will be powder coated aluminium with glazed shutters (Openable/Sliding).
Handrails
  • Enamel painted GI sections and MS rods for balcoby and staircase handrails.
Electrical:
  • Concealed three phase wiring with ISI marked superior quality PVC insulated copper cables. Modular switches, adequate light points, fan poings, 6A/16A power plug pints controlled by ELCB and MCB. Switches shall be Legrand/MK equivalent make. Light fixtures shall be provided for common areas and external areas. Provision for the common areas and external areas. Provision for geyser points in all bed attached toilets and Exhaust fan point in all toilets inside apartment and kitchen. Provision for telephone and internet shall be provided in the living room and master bedroom. Power backup with generator will be provided for all common services and for individual apartments backup shall be provided for one light point and fan point in each room.
Painting :
  • Acrylic/cement based putty with one coat primer and two coats Plastic Emulstion paint shall be for internal walls and weather shield exterior grade paint for external surface.
Lifts:
  • Fully automatic one passenger lift and bed lift with automatic doors and automatic rescue device of Kone/Johnson or equivalent.
Air conditioning:
  • Splic A/C provision in all bedrooms.
Water Supply:
  • Bore well and KWA water supply. KWA supply based on govt. norms.
Cable TV:
  • Provision for Cable TV connection in living room and master bedroom. (Subject to prevailing Govt. rules)
Telephone :
  • Wiring for telephone point in living and master bedroom
Fire Saftey :
  • Fire saftery protections systems as per approved plan
